About Us
Ebert-Gomes Paper Conservation offers a high standard of conservation services in paper conservation.

M Ebert-GomesMuriel Ebert-Gomes - BA (Hons) Paper Conservation - leads a fully equipped and insured conservation studio in London, offering tailor made solutions for the conservation of works of art on paper, books and archives.

Muriel graduated in Paper Conservation in 1997 from Camberwell College of Arts, London.  Her early potential as a paper conservator was recognised by her receipt of sponsorship by Marks & Spencer as an internee at Oxford University's Bodleian Library for a year and a half (reported in the Oxford Times in October 1998).

At the end of that programme, she remained part of the Bodleian Library's conservation department for a further 12 months, managing and executing the conservation of a 19th Century epistolary, and managing her work using the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for detailed project management and reporting.

Since then she has been working as an independent conservator from her own studio in London, and elsewhere as a freelance resource undertaking on site assignments in Metropolitan London, in the South East of England, and in Brazil.
